    For Studios, average rates range mainly from $1700-$2600, with some of the higher end properties running up to $3300 or more.

    For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2400-$3300, with some of the higher end properties running up to $3900 or more.

    For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $3100-$3900, with some of the higher end properties running up to $5000 or more.

    For Three Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $3500-$4800, with some of the higher end properties running up to $5500 or more.

    **NOTE: Toronto rentals see their "low season" from October to March. During these months, you'll have better chances of finding a rental closer to the lower end of these ranges, and sometimes even under these ranges.
